Learn The 5 D's To Dodgeball
If football isn't your thing why not try dodgeball! Dodgeball is a fantastic game which is not only a great anger management tool but also a lot of fun with transferable skills! We currently offer this service to schools and we currently teach it in DSLV, West Haddon and Harpole.
It's Time To Learn Fundamentals!
Learning key technical skills such as agility, balance, co-ordination through a variety of fun multi-sports. These games are specially designed to ensure your child learns important social skills such as communication, leadership, problem solving and team-building. We currently offer this service to schools and is for all ages.
Balance your body, balance your life
Learning key flexibility, balance and co-ordination skills, new shapes that your body can make. We teach from the British Gymnastics syllabus. How to balance effectively on one foot, land safely from jumps. We teach handstands, cartwheels, as well as all the different rolls and jumps. We offer this service in DLSV and West Haddon.

Learning key accuracy, balance and coordination skills, through training you will learn how to shoot an arrow precisely and effectively. How to be calm and composed when drawing your arrow and firing to the target. You will learn how to measure perception of depth in the different weather conditions, in order to hit the target effectively. We offer this service in DSLV, Harpole and West Haddon.

Learning key skills in order to play basketball effectively, we teach you how to dribble the correct way, (no double dribbling) get precise with shooting, how to effectively defend and block shots, passing and moving for your team and working on rebounding shots and how to tactically score from them. We offer this service in Harpole.
